By accessing or using the services provided by ROOH AL SAQAR AUTO SPARE PARTS TRADING (operating as "Caroofix," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Caroofix.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Caroofix provides professional car buying services in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

• •Professional vehicle inspection services
• •Fair market value assessment based on vehicle condition
• •Direct vehicle purchase and ownership transfer services
• •Payment processing and documentation assistance

Our services are designed to provide a fast, transparent, and convenient way for vehicle owners to sell their cars. All services are subject to vehicle eligibility, inspection results, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Valuation Process

When you submit a vehicle valuation request through our website or other communication channels, we provide an initial estimated value based on the information you provide. This initial valuation is indicative only and subject to verification through physical inspection.

Warranty on Valuations

We guarantee that our final valuations are based on current market conditions and accurate assessment of your vehicle's condition. Our certified inspectors use industry-standard evaluation criteria to ensure fair and competitive pricing.

Offer Validity

All purchase offers made by Caroofix are valid for 48 hours (2 days) from the time of offer communication. After this period, the offer may be subject to re-evaluation based on current market conditions and vehicle availability.

To accept an offer, you must contact us within the 48-hour validity period. Offers that expire may require a new inspection and valuation.

Factors Affecting Valuation

• •Vehicle make, model, year, and mileage
• •Overall condition (mechanical, exterior, interior)
• •Service history and maintenance records
• •Accident history and damage repairs
• •Market demand and comparable vehicle prices
• •Outstanding finance or liens on the vehicle

Once Caroofix takes custody of your vehicle (after signing the transfer agreement and receiving the vehicle), we assume full responsibility for the vehicle, including:

• •Protection against damage, theft, or vandalism while in our possession
• •Secure storage in our facility or designated location
• •Any mechanical malfunctions or issues that occur after custody transfer
• •Insurance coverage for the vehicle during the custody period

Prior to taking custody, the vehicle remains your responsibility. You must ensure the vehicle is in the condition declared during the inspection. Any undisclosed damage or mechanical issues discovered after inspection may result in offer adjustment or cancellation.

Pre-Custody Obligations

Before transferring custody, you must:

• •Ensure the vehicle is accurately represented in the valuation request
• •Disclose all known defects, damage, or mechanical issues
• •Provide access to the vehicle for inspection at the agreed time
• •Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle
• •Provide all keys, remotes, and access cards for the vehicle

To complete the sale and transfer of your vehicle to Caroofix, the following conditions must be met:

Required Documentation

• •Original vehicle registration card (Mulkiya)
• •Valid Emirates ID of the registered owner
• •Export certificate (if applicable for vehicles being exported)
• •No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the finance company (if the vehicle is financed)
• •Valid insurance policy documents
• •Service history and warranty documents (if available)

Owner Verification

The registered owner of the vehicle (or an authorized representative with a valid power of attorney) must be present at the time of vehicle transfer. We require:

• •Physical presence of the owner or authorized representative
• •Valid government-issued identification matching the registration documents
• •Verification that the seller has legal authority to sell the vehicle
• •Confirmation that there are no outstanding fines, fees, or liens on the vehicle

Transfer Cancellation

Either party may cancel the transfer before completion if:

• •The required documentation is incomplete or invalid
• •The owner cannot be verified or is not present
• •Undisclosed damage or discrepancies are discovered during final inspection
• •Outstanding fines, fees, or liens prevent legal transfer
• •Either party fails to meet the agreed terms and conditions

If a transfer is cancelled due to incomplete documentation or owner unavailability, you may reschedule the transfer subject to the offer validity period.

To receive a final offer, your vehicle must undergo a professional inspection by our certified inspectors. The inspection process includes:

• •Scheduling an appointment at a mutually convenient time and location
• •Comprehensive visual and mechanical inspection (typically 30-45 minutes)
• •Test drive to assess vehicle performance (when applicable)
• •Documentation review and verification
• •Final offer based on inspection findings

Appointment Scheduling

You are responsible for making the vehicle available at the scheduled inspection time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of services.

Inspection Locations

Inspections can be conducted at our facility, your location, or a mutually agreed neutral location within our service area. Additional charges may apply for inspections conducted outside our standard service area.

Upon acceptance of our offer and completion of all transfer requirements, Caroofix will process payment according to the following terms:

• •Payment is made after successful transfer of ownership and receipt of all required documentation
• •Payment method is typically bank transfer to your designated account
• •Payment processing time is usually 1-3 business days after transfer completion
• •You must provide accurate banking details for payment processing
• •Caroofix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information

Outstanding Obligations

The final payment amount may be adjusted to account for:

• •Outstanding vehicle registration fees or fines (to be settled before transfer)
• •Finance settlement amounts (if applicable and agreed upon)
• •Any undisclosed damage discovered during final inspection
• •Costs associated with resolving documentation issues

All adjustments will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding with the transfer.

Service Limitations

Caroofix reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles that:

• •Are stolen, have tampered VINs, or are involved in criminal activity
• •Have unclear or disputed ownership documentation
• •Are subject to active liens, legal holds, or court orders
• •Are in poor condition or deemed unsafe for operation
• •Fall outside our purchasing criteria or service area

No Guarantee of Purchase

Submitting a valuation request or scheduling an inspection does not guarantee that Caroofix will purchase your vehicle. Final purchase decisions are made after inspection and documentation verification.

Market Fluctuations

Vehicle valuations are based on current market conditions, which can change rapidly. Caroofix is not responsible for market value fluctuations that occur between initial valuation and final inspection.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for inspection, transportation, or documentation processing. While we carefully select our partners, Caroofix is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• •Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your vehicle
• •Attempt to sell a vehicle you do not legally own or have authority to sell
• •Submit fraudulent documentation or identification
• •Interfere with our inspection process or conceal vehicle defects
• •Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of UAE laws
• •Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or service providers
• •Attempt to manipulate valuation results through deceptive practices
• •Share confidential information obtained through our services without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

All content on the Caroofix website and related materials, including but not limited to the Caroofix name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of ROOH AL SAQAR AUTO SPARE PARTS TRADING and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• •Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• •Use the Caroofix name, logo, or branding without authorization
• •Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content
• •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You may use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may pursue legal action in the Dubai courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Caroofix's liability to you for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to you for your vehicle (if applicable).

Caroofix is not liable for:

• •Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• •Damages resulting from your failure to provide accurate information
• •Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• •Damages caused by third-party service providers
• •Any damages exceeding the value of the vehicle transaction

This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caroofix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• •Your provision of false or misleading information
• •Your sale of a vehicle you do not legally own
• •Any third-party claims related to your vehicle or its sale
• •Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
